The amount of money the candidate earns each month as a stipend depends on the agreed-upon number of work hours with the business. Additionally, starting from the second month, the candidate will earn a higher amount for the same number of work hours. The candidate will receive the payment at the end of each month based on the agreed plan. Grassroots will make the payment in the local currency directly to the candidate's provided bank account. However, the payment will be processed only after Grassroots confirms with the business that the candidate has completed the required number of hours satisfactorily.
Yes, candidates must have the required digital skills for online internships. Additionally, they need to prove their skills competence by taking online assessment tests and participating in interviews with Grassroots.
Yes, candidates are required to pay a one-time fee per digital skill to Grassroots in order to have their skill(s) assessed for an online internship.
Yes, candidates will receive a digital certificate from Grassroots upon successfully demonstrating their digital skills.
The candidate is required to pay Grassroots a one-time service fee for each type of digital skill they wish to have assessed for an online internship.
The candidate has the option to subscribe for online digital skills training from Grassroots, if available, or they can choose to seek digital skills training from other sources.
The subscription fee does not guarantee an online internship. The candidate’s selection for an online internship depends on:
i. Passing the digital skills assessment test conducted by Grassroots.
ii. The decision of the business to offer an online internship from the available talent pool.
Grassroots does not offer refunds because the fee paid by the candidate is used for assessing their digital skills for online internship through Talent@Grassroots service.
