Yes, businesses have the ability to determine how much they pay Grassroots in advance each month for hiring pre-skilled resources for online internships. The monthly payment amount is influenced by two factors: the specific plan chosen from the available options and the number of interns the business intends to hire.
Grassroots will pay the intern on behalf of the business at the end of the month, but only after the business confirms that the intern has successfully completed the required hours of work according to the work plan.
The client can choose to terminate the intern’s work contract at any point during the initial work and request a replacement intern with similar digital skills from Grassroots.
Business clients can claim a refund for the initial monthly fee subscription paid to Grassroots for the Talent@Grassroots service within the first 30 days with a money back guarantee offer.
Business clients are encouraged to rate the intern’s work performance to ensure that the work delivered is of high quality. Additionally, past work performance ratings may be considered by other businesses when deciding whether to offer an online internship to the individual.
Grassroots will issue a digital work experience certificate to the individual on behalf of the client at the end of the internship.
